Installed software, registered, and updated through impulse.
Game does not launch from DVD,C:/program filess/, or from start menu.
No error, no glitch, no process in task manager.
The shortcuts simply fail to launch the application.

Are you on Windows XP, and do you have Google Desktop Search installed?
do you have Logitech webcam drivers installed (the drivers, irrespective of the actual thing being plugged in or not)?
or do you use the Comodo firewall?
if you're a Logitech webcam use then close the tray application, or if that fails uninstall the drivers entirely.
if you've got the Comodo firewall installed, then you'll have to disable Defense+.

Disabled all non-essential startup apps and terminated all non-critical processes
uninstalled and reinstalled the progam
verified reinstall with stardock
I have received no errors of any kind from attempting to run the program.
Demigod.exe will appear in my task manager for a second and disapear without registering an error.
