favor points glitch is about to be game breaking

I can't stand the fact of me needing above 1000 points for nething decent but i am stuck at 10 sure every other day i have around 300 but the next day bamm 10

I am running windows xp sp2

it would be great if i could simply compete on the same lvl as most others
