Saving things?

Is anything saved onto your demigod between games? Items/specs/builds/weapons/armor? Or does everything reset and you have to gain it back within each game?

only favor points and favor items should be saved, but there is some bugs here so thats not working.

Favor Points and items should also be different from single player and multiplayer

no but they are easily obtained. lvl 20 is lvl cap, and lvl 15 to lvl 20 can be obtained usually in every game.
