I wonder why there's so few players of QoT, it's not like she is grossely underpowered, and it's definitely not a bland style of play.

Watch the Queen of Thorns Video!

Enjoy!

She is a very complex and fun character to play! Also a very versitile support hero!

Shield is very powerful.  Keeps those melee characters fighting while the others have to tuck tail and fly.  QoT is a very good Demigod.  I find that if you try to play her as an asassin your probably going to lose.

Love the Video.  However, i use a lot of shield to shield myself and allies.  The only problem i have is to get XP, playing support, I rarely get enough XP.  Last nite, 2 games, my allies and oponent usually out lvl me by 2-3 lvl :(

nice video. thanks for posting.

i play the queen very differently though. focus much more heavily on closed mode spells, particularly Bramble Shield. makes a fantastic support to go with allied DGs with good damage like Beast, Torch, Regs, or an offensive build of Oak.

i also generally like to focus on some health durability items such as Plate of the Crusader that improve minion health as well as your own.

Since making the video I've been using shield a lot more. I realised that it's a lot easier to cast a shield than to summon shamblers + mulch them all whilst you're running from someone. I wouldn't mind trying a shambler intensive build and seeing how they stack up with compost + health + extra stats.
