Cannot log into Multiplayer

Ok not sure what I am doing wrong, but no matter which username/password I try it will NOT let me log in to play an internet game

 

WHICH ID am I supposed to be using? The one I log into Impulse with, because that is a email address?

The one I use on the forum here because that is Pvthudson

My stardock ID matches this one. But no matter what I put in it says:

 

"invalid username/password"

Yes my copy is registered, and yes I bought it online digitally

I have the same issue.

I clearly wrote down my impulse UN/PW then used that to join the multiplayer game, it did not work.

 

also registered, downloaded and updates.

I looked into the issue for you, and it appears that you don't have Demigod registered to the right Stardock.net account.  This can happen if you use a different email address to make the purchase(happens a lot if you use a paypal account).  You can go here https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ to merge the registrations from two email addresses.  I would recommend merging to the email address that is associated with your Impulse username.  If for some reason you still can't login to multiplayer, then you should drop us an email at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do to fix it up for you.
