I am beginning to suspect that I get access violations only when I run Demigod using an icon in Windows. I think (but am by no means certain) I never get these violations when I run Demigod from within the Impulse front-end.

Do you run the game from within Impulse?

I do 90% of the time. I launch the game by clicking on the Impulse tray icon.

Yes, using Impulse to run the game. Last try got me up to the match loading screen but then another similar exception. So, still have not been able to try the game out... but it does look to be a very cool game hope I get some help from the tech support, sent them the same info along with the log file.

happens single player every time for me, would be too many to post. literally every game freezes at loading screen saying no text below map name

Cannot get into game at all, trying either single player skirmish or tournament, this is a copy of last Exception. Updated all drivers also.

If you're getting a load screen with [no text] on it, try deleting your Game.prefs file from My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod. Otherwise, as above, please contact [email protected] so they can gather any other log files that the devs might need to investigate the issue.
