[Idea] Demon Demigod- The Deciever

Reiver demon from MTG, "The deciever"

 Type: Assassin

Playstyle: Harrasment

This idea will updated as i see better ideas and as i get new ones, i tried to think of a demigod that would be different, i finally thought of one that would be different, one based of greed, off gold, items and money. Take a look and make suggestions, this is a community effort to better the content of our game.

Burden of Sin: All targets near the deciever lose movement speed based on the amount of gold they have , and equipment they have ( more slots = more movement loss) This scales over three levels.

1.

o-1000 gold = -5%

1000-2000 =-10%

2000+ =-15%

+5% per item

2.

o-1000 gold = -10%

1000-2000 =-15%

2000+ =-20%

+5% per item

3.

o-1000 gold = -15%

1000-2000 =-20%

2000+ =-25%

+10% per item

Greed: Steal enemy resources from enemy players

1. Steal 300 gold over x duration, increases enemy cooldowns by 10%

2. Steal 400 gold over x duration, Increases enemy cooldowns by 15%

3.Steal 500 gold over x duration, Increasses enemy cooldowns by 20%

Basically it cuts off your income for a certain amount of time.

Purge the Sinner: Deals damage equal to X times the amount of gold they are carrying. (the ability can be fairly overpowered late in the game the main thing is that i provides you an idea of how much gold they have.

1. 1/4th (level 5)

2. 1/3th (Level 10)

3/1/2th (Level 15)

Damnation:

Traps enemies in a dark vortex

1. Stuns enimies for 2 seconds AOE. Drains 5% mana

2. Stuns enimies for 3 seconds AOE, drains 10% mana

3. Stuns enimies for 4 seconds AOE, drains 15% mana

4. removes vision for 4 seconds after stun effect (similar to death sequence)

Sins of the father:

For each item you are wearing you get the following bonuses(they do not stack the bonus just changes depending on the amount of items and level of the ability):

level 1

1= + 3% health, 3% health regen, +3% mana, +3% mana regen

2= + 4% health, 4% health regen, +4% mana, +4% mana regen

3= + 5% health, 5% health regen, +5% mana, +5% mana regen

4= + 6% health, 6% health regen, +6% mana, +6% mana regen

5= + 6% health, 6% health regen, +6% mana, +6% mana regen

level 2

1= + 7% health, 7% health regen, +7% mana, +7% mana regen

2= + 8% health, 8% health regen, +8% mana, +8% mana regen

3= + 9% health, 9% health regen, +9% mana, +9% mana regen

4= + 10% health, 10% health regen, +10% mana, +10% mana regen

5= + 11% health, 11% health regen, +11% mana, +11% mana regen

level 3

1= + 12% health, 12% health regen, +12% mana, +12% mana regen

2= + 13% health, 13% health regen, +13% mana, +13% mana regen

3= + 14% health, 14% health regen, +14% mana, +14% mana regen

4= + 15% health, 15% health regen, +15% mana, +15% mana regen

5= + 16% health, 16% health regen, +16% mana, +16% mana regen

so far this is just a few of my ideas, i hope people can get more creative, but i think this gold hate could be very crippling and intresting.

It seems to me that there are just too many things in there that are all vaguely the same.  All the other demigods in the game have a vague theme but their seperate abilites are distinct and it makes them capable of handling diverse situations.  Your character is too narrowly focused.  Maybe one or two of these powers would be cool, although I have to say playing against an enemy that can actually steal my resources directly does not sound interesting, it sounds like the kind of thing that would just be annoying and piss me off.  That's not really the feeling you want to invoke in people playing a game.  I think the idea needs a lot more refinement before it's viable.
