Impulse says my game is NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY

I've got a russian version of the game (Sold by 1C in russia).

Its legal, got cdkey, registered, patched (from russian site, not from impulse). Installed impulse. I can see demigod in my games list but when i click "check installation" it says "game is not installed properly, please update"...

now what does "Game is not properly installed" means and what should i update to make it be properly installed?

or.. should i just stick with english version and forget about the problems maybe?

Have you tried updating through Impulse? If you highlight Demigod in Impulse, what is the version number listed(you'll need to hover the mouse over the v.100 in the bottom left corner to get the full version number)?

the correct version, 1.0.50 if i remember correctly. it is correct because i can play over internet, otherwise i wouldnt be...
