What's your favorite Favor Item to use?

It's been two plus weeks since the release and now with the favor fix, most people should be gaining favor points to spend.  So this begs the question, which are most useful and why choose those items.

 

Torch Bearer - My top two:   The one that allows a -20% ability cooldown to maximize spell casting and the Aml. of Teleportation.  I only pick Aml. of Tele. when on large maps or on Dominate mode.  The -20% cooldown stacks with the -15% cooldown flags, effectively reducing rain of ice to 9 seconds or so from 14.  Pretty thrifty.

 

Regulus - Swift Anklet.  Pair it with the Boots of Speed and he can chase down anyone.

Swift anklet is cool on most anybody. Being faster is never a bad thing.

Furious blades are pretty nice with Reg going wings and also on UB.

The charm that cancels effects is awesome playing against UB. Spit is just shy of irrelevance.

Swift Anklet on Frost bearer by far. Since Aura+ Nova already hinders their movement, with the Anklet and Boots I can almost escape from anyone! Except Oak....somehow he gets me, That or the Beast.

Seems to be a pattern.  I hardly ever use any other favor items, which makes me think they are not useful in a majority of situations, and if i go out on a limb, any situation.  There are maybe only four or five good favor items that people cycle through.

I think you'll find swift bracelet is going to be the overall favorite.

I pick which favor Item I am going to use after looking at what Demigods the enemy uses. If they are using UB, I pick the favor item that gets rid of effects thus making spit useless. If the enemy are using rook or slower characters, I pick swift anklet (I am normally Reg)... It all depends on what map I am on as well as what enemies I am fighting.

See?  That's the issue.  EVERYONE picks that, effectively making it useless since instead of running at 6.0, everyone now  runs at 6.6  (excluding rook and erebus). 

 

There needs to be diversity in the favor items so people have to agonize over which ones to choose.  As it stands now, most everyone just gets the swift anklet.  This shows it is unbalanced or that the other favor items need better appeal.

anklet is good, but I choose base on my hero. I play erebus and I don;t take anklet :borg:

Love the teleportation favor item.  Gets me to places quickly without having to drop coin on the scrolls.  Great fun when the enemy has no idea where you will be from one second to the next.  Capturing a flag on one side of the map to warping in behind an enemy DG for stun/kill combo really makes them think twice about chasing my allies.

blood of the fallen - awesome on any hero, survivability is very important

blood soaked wand - good AoE heal for sedna(costs no mana)

amulet of teleportation - on big maps

mards hammer - for those dps players

Priorities:

Teleport Amulet on leviathan, mandala, zikurat, the brothers

Blood of the fallen against characters that are going to slowspam me like reg

Swift anklet against characters I'm going to want to chase down to kill like fire TB

(playing Sedna)

Couldn't agree more swift anklet is wothless for most demigods

Love amulet of teleportation too, Blood of fallen not bad, Staff of Renewal awesome for casters especially TB

Still yet to try a lot of them takes ages to save enough points to buy all.

Heaven's Wrath obviously. You have to love the Ion Cannon. :) Nice to farm Creep lanes you are not on, kill fleeing demigods or just blast away on the enemy citadel so they can hear: "our citadel is under attack" :P If it distracts them for just a few seconds, then its a win already :P

As for being the most useful. I would go for swift anklet (speed = more kills and survivability) or amulet of teleportation, if its a bigger map.

hmm i agree with most off them but anklet is needed on rook  he is so slow that  he needs the 15% to catch up

 poisoned dagger is the cheapest and proberly one off the best assasins favors

but i tend to go with blood of the fallen  so that all the demis i start at 2.5k or more hp  so i can out tank the enery on dps alone

For sure, i love lane camping whilst a level 1 reg sits there adn crys cuz his arrows hardly damage me. It's lolz.
