in my humble opinion, the game is pretty balanced. 

I think <demigod who beat me online> is too powerful and I think that <demigod that I was using> needs to be buffed up.

WOW so witty, considering I saw that exact same thread on another post by a player a few days ago. Way to reuse someone elses material, two thumbs up.

On a side note, the game is very balanced and my main is TB; I dont know whys ome of you say he is bad late game, cause I end games 90% of the time with most kills and least deaths. I pretty much do ice only...

Also, Eberus is OP. Regardless what others say, he is OP. Now he can be beat but it requires extreme care and often times in the begining, a friend to support you. His burst is insane along with survivability and mobility. He has it all!! Not to mention Bishops as side healers. The only way I beat him is by out farming him with my AOEs (bulk up on artifacts) and play a damn defensive game and hope to god he doesnt catch me off gaurd or happens to be a good player.

He is also great for n00bs, the fact that 100% of the games I play and he is on the list (at least one) tells you enough. Please don't play stupid and say it's skill, Erebus is too much. He is not crazy OP so dont nerf him, but there is definitley some balance issues.

FROGBOY, your too confident in the balance of your game, I suggest you look over Erebus; And god forbid, SERIOUSLY, make it so UB spit doesnt work on buildings, it is simply retarded!

Seriously though, OP winge threads don't seem to have any legitimacy, there's maybe a thimblefull of informative content in an ocean liner full of sewage grade whine.  I'd also assume that the thimblefull of content is already available to the developers in the form of QA, and in game statistics.

To be serious tho, what i think is way OP is the statistics page which lists games i never gotten to play due to startup disconnect. And it lacks so many other games.

I have actually lost a game(belive it or not!) but that game isent listed :p lucky.

Not everyone thinks that something needs to be nerfed just bc they lost to a demigod. Some people actually put some testing and thought into it, and have lost and won games with the Demigod they think is imbalanced.

well tassox, you should try and play erebus a liitle it and maybe you will learn his weakness and have better luck defeating him, that the best way for new players to learn

i have played as erebus and learnt i hated it  but i did find his weakness but telling all these people  it would be kinda like a cheat i dont like enhancing others  who havn't learnt

His problem, which isnt that big cause alot DG are limited the same as he... Is his lack of range. Bite has a short range, so if you can out maneuver him with a greater movement speed and fight him from a distance, you can gain an advantage. However this is limited because he uses Bat Swarm to easily get out of trouble or catch you or can simply mist when in danger to wait for buddies to save him.

i found there is actually 2 ways to stay alive out manuvery and  stop his abilitys with silence or frost  or maim him  these all help but i found that most people dont know when to use them

ill list the skills that can stop erebus maybe then people will stop moaning about him

maim  -regulus-    slows him down  even if he is close range  u can get away and keep fireing   and then move away again  then when he is low enough  snipe him

mines  -regulus-  works the same way as mainbut only lvl 10 +

frost nova  -Torch bearer-     it freezes a demigod for  3 sec plenty of time to either get away or  for ur firend to kill him

deep freeze  -torch bearer-     makes the  reload time longer  used at the right time can stop his skills and he will run like a baby

silence    - sedna -       silences stops demigods from using skills therefore  he is easy to kill

boulder roll    - rook -    stuns him for some time so u can hammer bash him or run awayand let ur towers kill him

spit    - unclean beast -  this counters his regen so he is easier to kill

?   - unclean beast -   he has a stun/ drain ability  which also works well againist erebus

barmbel shield  - queen of thorns -  this is not a wepon technique  but  can  make it so he does no dmg to u with his bite  and u can inflict alot of dmg while he can't

pentence - oak -  lowers attack speed and movement speed  there fore slows him down and does pretty good dmg

shield   - oak -    protects you and he can't do any dmg  while ur protected  and i can do alot off dmg to him

?     - lord erebus -   his stun wave thing works well againist erebus

there is alll the demigods and there counters to erebus which are helpful if used right

With the exception of silence all those can be countered with bat swarm out the danger area or if that doesn't work pop mist to become invulnerable.

Popping mist and bat swarming costs mana.  If erebus is a fair way into a fight, chances are he's pretty low on mana, quite often I've got enough for a finishing bite and that's it.  

If he pop's mist and isn't behind his own lines, you can just wait for him to come out (it's a good time for you to pop a potion or a HoL) then gank him.

If he bat swarms and you've got any sort of range or speed to catch up to him he's most likely pretty helpless

Both shield abilities are best used right when you hit erebuses fatal bite HP (watch your HP like a hawk, he sure will be) most likely you'll get him to bite you, waste his mana, and not get the heal he was so counting on, all of a sudden you're 600 to 1800 HP ahead of the battle and he's a lot of mana down.

chris i anit a iddiot  i wouldn't putt those up if they didn't work  and  bat swarm  only gets u partly away and most of the times i play againist him aand her does it he is low aon health  just chase him because u will have already lowered his movement speed

Erebus is easy to beat if you aren't a noob.
All the Demigods are easy to beat if you are pro.

u dont have to be a pro u just need to know how to play  i anit a pro  but i have a brain  so im pretty confident in winning
