Trouble connecting with other player

I am having trouble connecting to others who try to join a game I host. 25% of the people can connect to me, 75% can not. Of those 75%, they can all connect to each other. Is there something wrong with my router or the port I am using?

I use Win XP Pro with a wireless Lynksys router.
