Demigod WILL NOT LAUNCH

I use Comodo, but its fully disabled when attempting, as well as AVG anti-vrus, and all un-nessisary tasks (least ones I recognize)

I've installed and it just will not run.

Im having probs with getting Impulse to work eathier and so I cant try to update the game...

Honestly guys, Ive spent the past 3 hours trying things and nothings worked... why relese a game that doesnt RUN!?!?

about ready to return the game and find somthing else...

what do i need to do?

 

Running XP, 8800GT Video card, Tascam sound interface, AMD processor (not sure on spec, does meet req).
