Demigod wont even open

I cant even open the application to my game. Every time I try to run the game a windows message instantly comes up saying-

"Demigod application has stopped working"

The game opened when I first installed it, yet this window has come up everytime since. I have impulse and I have the game updated

Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix this?

Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer:

http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/enumerate_startup.bat

save the file, run it, and attach the log file (named startup.log) it generates on the desktop to your email. Can you also please go to Start->Run(or Start Search in Vista) and type 'dxdiag' and hit enter. Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file (called DxDiag.txt) in the email as well.
