Faced this team once and got might squashed any idea of what team to pick against that?

Need more details dude. Like what map, what did they do, what was your team, etc.
It was cataract, fortress and they let regulus handle one side and they handled the other while one of them managed to get a capture lock on early. We held the flag from warscore 3000k+ though so we had about the same warscore in the end.
The match was in a "deadlock" for 20-30min. then in a min or two they steamrolled us.
QoT, Oak and sedna is what we had I believe.
