Will there be mods?

Since the game uses the highly moddable sup com engine, will we be able to mod DG in the future?

Also, since you would need to buy the Granny3D SDK to make maps, will we be able to make maps?

Probably, GPG and Stardock have a pretty good record on mods so i guess its very probable.

You can mod the game right now. It's just not yet possible to play them online.

Modding will become a big thing for this like In supcom I recon, UI mods are ones im going to look out for

i guess he means something more like official Moddin tools and mods being able to be used at multiplayer.

And yes UI mods are going to be the most looked, maybe thats why the UI right now is so simple , to have more space for UI mods (yeah i know a very optimistic assumption). Also a extended stat increase is a most with current hp and mana regen, and things like that.

There will probably be mods but i think most would only work in custom games due to the nature of skirmish and pantheon.

Actually i shouldnt be too hard to filter mods so only acceptable mods can be used, i mean an UI mod is not going to destroy balance in a game.
