Game crashes very frequently - Vista 64 Home Premium, 6GB, Radeon HD4850

Just looking for some help.

My setup is Vista 64 Home Premium, 6GB ram, ATI Radeon HD4850.  Out of the 5 multiplayer games I've played so far, was able to finish only 1.  The rest, was able to play for about 10 minutes, then the computer crashes.  Screen goes black, and the speaker will play that "terrrrrrrrrrrr" sound, I guess looping through the last bit of sound it played.

Havent had this problem with other games (mainly World of Warcraft, Warcraft III). Does anyone have any idea?

Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer:

http://sd.stardock.com/Demigod_report.zip

Save the file, run it, and attach the .zip file (located under YOUR USERNAME\My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod\report) it generates to an e-mail to [email protected]?  We can then pass it on to the developers.
