Official answers and solutions wanted on the Technical Support forum!

I've been reading the Technical Support forum and I haven't seen many official answers.

Dunno if the makers are aware that A LOT of people can't even play a game online?

I've been trying stuff for days now and not been able to play 1 single game online.

Are the makers actually reading the technical support forum?

They are COMPLETELY aware and have been working nearly triple hours since the game has been released to try to get the connections fixed.

The Publisher, Stardock, are well aware of the issues plaguing Demigod and I can only assume Gas Powered Games, the developer, as just as aware. The Publisher are doing their best to ensure all of the networking is in place on their end so that we can connect as easily as possible and I can only assume Gas Powered Games are doing their best to ensure all of the network code in Demigod itself is bullet proof.

I think the reason why we don't have many 'offical answers' is because they're still working on them.

The support guys are making regular passes over the threads and responding to those where they need more info or think they can help (i.e., not game/reactor code issues), but if you desire a direct response rather than the issue simply being noted and worked on for the next update, please contact [email protected] directly.
