How do I get a refund?

Ok. Although I participated in the beta and gave feedback. And I suffered through the early week(s) of release. And I gave the developers a week or two (after that) to get things better, I have to admit I'm giving up.

How do I get a refund for these two (for my son and I) copies I purchased, please?
