Black screen Crash bout 1/2 way through a game(Every time)

Every time I try to complete a match either offline or with a friend, bout 1/4 or 1/2 way through the game My monitor goes black and system doesnt respond. Updated drivers etc but I havent found a work around for it yet...any ideas? Included some system info

Have you tried any kind of system temp monitor to make sure you not getting too hot?

Its not overheating at all was monitoring it...I normally use much more resources then this 1 games uses anyway dual screening wow clients

After reading some fourms I thought it might be the onboard sound doing it so i turned sound to low quality...and this time when I crashed I did get an error which I included
