Those who bought the game via Impulse would have had it automatically registered, so no worries for them.
Just got an update that we expect the coupons to continue rolling out until this evening. So don't start worrying until then if you haven't gotten yours yet.

Neither of the 2 accounts I bought and registered before the 18th, have arrived either. And I already have 4 friends fighting over 2 nonexistant codes. Emailed support today and no answer (understandbly given its a holiday), but I'm frustrated and annoyed that yet another thing isnt goign smoothly with this game.
So, what's up with the coupons? I wouldn't give a damn about them as it's Stardocks decision to send them out, but they are even mentioned in the journals so I really wonder now. With me included I know 4 guys who haven't recieved one. ![]()

Haven't got mine either. I bought the game via digital download on May 10. I normally wouldn't complain, but with a May 29 deadline, it's really quite restrictive for no discernable reason.
Got mine, gave it to a friend and he bought it.
<shrugs> I still haven't received mine. Mailed support and pointed them to this thread.

Support and sales are back in today (this was a holiday weekend, so the office was closed Sat-Mon). If you registered the game prior to the coupons going out and did not get one, you can contact either and they should be able to help.

I've yet to receive a coupon as well and I registered the game before May 10th. I have emailed both suppport and sales @stardock.com
