Bought Game two times, but cannt play with two diffrent Accounts

2 serials, 2 emails, 2 accounts, but registred on one account

Hey Guys,

I bought the Game yesterday to play it online with my Friend. I was amazed so i bought another copy of it and send the Serial and so on to him and tryed to register it with him today. Our main Problem is, that we got the Game registred two times, with different Serial Numbers on the Same account...

If we want to play online together it doesnt work, cause we got only one account with two registrations. We thought "merging" them to his E-Mail adress would work, but it didnt, cause ALL REGISTRATIONS were moved to the other E-Mail... i would know now if its possible to "unregister" one Key to register it to another, or if there are any other Solutions to get two Accounts with two diffrent Serial-Numbers and two diffrent E-Mail Adresses.

From my understanding, you need to create a new account and then send the other registeration to him as a gift. I think that needed to be done before purchase, but sit tight someone will be sure to help you with your case. :)

There is a gift option in the checkout process if you want to put it on someone else's account, so just keep an eye out for it next time. To fix this one, you'll need to contact [email protected] and have them move it over to his account, (make sure he creates one first if he hasn't).
