Basicly every time i try and play skirmish, some jackass goes you are proxyed > kicked, or Nat'd > Kick.

I dont bother with pantheon, since as i didnt know what was going on when i first bought the game i foolishly chose a side, when the character i find i enjoy most is on the opposite side, but thats besides the point.. (would love to be able to change side please?)

My ping times should be fine, i have 24mb/2.4mb D/U adsl wich runs somewhat close to those speeds, i usually come in at around 90-100ms playing wow, and sub 50ms playing Call of Duty/Unreal/Quake etc - yes i understand those are server hosted games but still... my connection isnt exactly weak.

When checking the connection info, i notice that i dont always have (proxy) or (NAT) next to my name, only with 1 or 2 ppl, but that is enough for me to get insta kicked, and having spent a good 4 hours trying to play and not managaing to complete a single match, i am wondering what on earth i bothered paying for?

I have opened and forwarded ports from 6000-6200 both TCP and UDP, but im pretty pissed about getting spat on cause i have (proxy) or (NAT) next to me in the conection info.

Also every single game, that has by miracle managed to start has been plagued by uber lag, even though the scores window shows everyones sim speed to be over 5 usually, with myself clocking in at 10-12, and no-ones ping times display as over 300, yet still its a huge lag fest

If there is nothing i can do to stop this, then where do i go to get my money back?
