Midgame Connection Dropped, Then Can't Quit

With the Latest Patch

I'm running Windows Vista 64-bit Edition. With the latest patch I get disconnected from everyone midgame. Then when I try to quit the game, the game hangs. When I try to force quit, Windows says the game is not responding, and then hangs while trying to force quit.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not sure what to do; this pretty much renders my game unusable .
