game option you MUST use

While I respect the fact that you do like the game with War Rank on low, forcing this opinion upon others with the word "must," and denouncing nay-sayers with the words "makes NO SENSE," is kind of over the top.

Um what I once played a game on slow war rank and it was terrible. It was hardly possible to get an advantage over the other team in it, and something like 30 mins into the game no team even had enough to get angels. You're trying to force an option on everyone that would essentially make almost all conquest games twice as long? Ha good luck with that.

Towers on high is ok, though I still play on normal settings.

Anything other than the default options is non-standard for a reason.

War rank moves rather slowly when you have decent enemies who recap flags at any given opportunity and can actually manage to hold them. Something tells me you've been playing against the AI too much.

the point as i stated already is that with normal war rank money are ONLY and ALL for citadel upgrade, you cant buy anythign at all since its wasted, so the strategy is about zero

there is no choice to make you gotta but every units upgrade available and you probably wont have the mony 90% of time

game is so boring

with slow war rank you actually have money to spend and you have to DECIDE between some citadel upgrade and some item, few times if you get some kill you can buy an artifact too

lol recapping doesnt change anything

still war rank will be so fast you can buy cata at lower lvl and so making the game too much straight

With a great deal of flag control you can be at War Rank 8 while your enemies are only at 4. That's without capping any of the flags your opponents start with, only the neutral ones. Then you can buy catapults while your enemies can't even get angels. So yeah, recapping can change everything, especially in dominate ganes.

using war rank normal DESTROY a part of the game, only creeps will matter

game consists of creeps and towers and demigods, not only creeps

the only issue there is that giants are way too strong since the improved the attack and defense upgrades from beta to release version - good thing for all other creeps but it made giants too strong for their price. You are wrong about needing no equipment though anyways, if you just upgrade your citadel and have very poor equipment my team will happily capture your portals and then all the money spent is useless.

well you all jumped on him, though he's just suggestion an option not a feature...like all the other options...you can choose to play with it or not.

I personally totaly agree there's need for this option too. Heck, if we have tower, grunt, capture time, why not war rank?

Uh dude, there is already an option for war rank speed, he's suggesting that everyone should always play it on slow, (whereas 99% of people play on normal now).

if you buy equip you dont have cata and giants and so we dont need an even portal situation we can play with 2 vs 4 portals if our 2 got giants maybe improved coming out

just need 1 flux of giant to get into the heart of opponent base, then they gotta fall back to defend and we push elsewhere

Hmm with war rank at normal creeps dont affect the game that much.  Mosy people are stupid and will get priests and angels.  To me those units need a buff, becasue currently all they do is feed.  It is best to wait to get cats or giants at the same time as priests. 

I dont see how creeps control the game, then agian I am a Reg/TBfire player, so creep controll isnt that hard.

creeps dont "control the game" they are just the ONLY OPTION for your money, thats the problem, no tactics, no strategy, you just buy EVERY creep upgrade you can, cause there is nothing at such a low lvl worth more

OP - I disagree.  Most games I play have a war rank of normal and that seems pretty well balanced to me.  Thanks for your opinion, though.
