I would imagine they read it quite frequently in fact. Customers can often provide thought and input that can be difficult to recieve, especially in comparison to in-house stuff.
They do read the forums and post quite frequently. They won't reply to everything, but no one has that kind of time (except Annatar).

I hope Istari reassured the idea deliverers that never had the honor of receiving a staff post in their threads.

Is Gas Powered Games reading our suggestions?
(and if so)
Can we get some realistic feedback?
its all fine and good posting over a thousand diffrent ideas, but if 90% of them are just impossible and pointless it would be nice to know.
that said thou... Stardock is always there answering questions about conectivity and impulse so

GPG reads as well, but they're focusing their time on resolving issues at present.

only think i would request of them would be tiny smidgen of feed back from GPG. obviously the present issues are much more important than us right now... and i appreaciate that as much as anyone . however even single word posts would be better than nothing. this game (i think) is suppost to be very community bases, and Stardock is doing a very good job in making it so. but as for an Idea section, and i can quote Frogboy... as soon as you enter the lobby its no longer Stardocks problem, its now GPG's.
at the very least if they could get little company bars below their avatars (like yours, but GPGs logo) and said only 2 words i would be a lot happier. simple stuff like: "UI can't handle it".... or "game engine doesn't work that way"... or "wtf r u smoke?!" or something.

They dont post all that often. That's all. I did a quick look for an example, but the only GPG post I ran into was one by a guy who didnt have the banner. His avatar was the GPG logo though.
I know I've seen a fancy little banner around here somewhere though.
did a bit of searching as well and now i have to eat my words.... GPG-Servo posted in the Demigod 1.01 Preview a few weeks back and i actually remember reading this and going "oh look... someone form GPG..." so i guess i have seen "one" before. it is a pretty nifty little banner thou. (would like to see it around some more... specialy in the Idea Section
