Unable to Create Direct 3D

Need to know if this Chipset will ever work

The Graphics card my friend is running is the

 

Mobile Intel[R] 945 Express Chipset Family

 

I need to know if there is anyway at all possible to get this to run, she's able to run the game itself, meets all the other requirments, I would much appreciate any kind of assistance from Stardock's side on this, thanks.

Sorry, intel integrated chipsets do not meet the game's minimum requirement and are not supported.

It will not run on the intel 945.   You need atleast a intel GMA 4500MHD, geforce 7600 or better.

Well then is there any chance of my friend at least getting her money back? Considering she inquired with a Stardock employee via your tech support e-mail before she purchased this and was informed her system met the minium requirments and was basically lied too. I mean thus far this has been dissapointing I myself far surpass all your requirments and had to spend 48 hours just to get it to run, not updating just to get it to install. Is there any way she can?

I also get a direct 3D error, and I am running an 8800 card with the latest NVIDIA drivers
