After Battle Report Screen

option to toggle?

After every battle's conclusion, we are graced with the frozen-in-time view with the battlereport/stats screen.  I suggest an option to toggle that info screen on and off so we can gaze around the battlefield one last time, panning and zooming the camera...seeing how close the battle went, basking in the pretty graphics, study the map closely, etc.

If that option is already there and I just am unaware of the hotkey, pls. tell me what it is.  If that option isnt on there, it should be.

Its not really the game replay we want, but it is a substitute/alternative.

You can sort of do this but the dang battlereport screen is in the way.  You are limited to looking AROUND the screen's periphery

It also gets in the way of post-game chatting... which is lame.

I think this is the most irritating piece.....lets not have the victory screen be static.

There could be a little button to minimize the screen, allowing you to type to the others and check out the battlefield one last time.

hmmm... i didn't take into account post game chatting, but i agree: the screen also gets in the way.  Hopefully, GPG will allow us to toggle or minimize this screen in a future patch (hint, hint) while working on that awaited replay option.

I think a post game report would be useful. I think at that point you should be able to check your opponents out. Hopefully gives an insite into their build - sometimes you see a build that just has to be cheating but is more likely caused by just a good build.

Re the report - it could be hidden via F9 etc or they could really make it neat by having the chat below it so players could chat regarding it.

It does seem like DEMIGOD can be enhanced even further by adding some post-game features.  I started out wanting to toggle the after-game score screen to view and survey the frozen battlefield and gawk at the graphics.  This would also allow people to continue chatting and maybe discussing the match they just played.  A post-game report (minimizable or toggled) showing the players' build might also be useful and educational.

All these features would make great improvements to the game...and don't even touch gameplay.

I agree with the above. Especially about the chat. I infact would prefer it to go a step further, throwing us all back into a lobby so we can chat at length if we wish. It just feels all so anticlimatic at the end, an epic game is over and suddenly all you see is the starting screen and vague memories of some of the names of your team mates.

If we're sent back to a lobby we can chat away, call the winners all bastards, thank the losers for not rage quitting etc... fun stuff :)

On the topic of the stats screen at the end... there seems to be lots of bragging rights for the pewpew'ers... damange, kills etc - but where's the epeen love for the healers/support characters too? Amount healed on other, no. of people rescued from 5% health to survive, amount absorbed etc.

I agree.  I feel that there is so much more to the experience of a battle than just the actual battle.  The aftermath of the match is important too.  I've always felt like there was something missing after the match has ended...post-game lobby chat and and enhanced/more detailed stats (still minimizable/toggled) for the support and assist actions would be welcome
