Problem connecting to a friend of mine.

We have been trying to play together for a bit now however I cannot connect to him at all. my ports are open, tried dmz shut off all firewalls etc. I lose internet for about 5 seconds and get kicked from the game. I have no problems playing the game with random people but just him. I have also tried the proxy command and it will not let me connect to the lobby at all it gets stuck at connecting to players please wait.

Out of just curiosity ... what ISP do you have?

Hm thats what i got and i got no issues. What about your friend (his ISP and what not)? And has he tried the proxy and all that? It might be him and not you ... since your like me ... everyone can connect to me / i can connect to everyone. Just my friend had the issues and had to use proxy in order to play correctly.

well tried with him using proxy. worked for 10 seconds then I got kicked out saying the connection timed out
