Scrolling Issues

My mouse wheel is broken, as it doesn't want to work.

Who's bright idea was it to have the game started out zoomed WAY out to the limit? Did the developers think it would be funny? Not everyone has a working mouse wheel and if I can't figure out how to zoom in, the game is useless to me!

Nevermind, I figured out how to bypass it!
