[Bug] Crash, favor loss, cant log back in

Game crashed twice in a row, for no reason.  Now I cant log back in.  Also, apperently after the crash all my favor has been lost.  This has happened before, when I host a game and someone leaves the room I get a crash and I lose my favor.  Since release, this is the third time.

Please fix this favor bug.  Im really getting tried of getting all my achievments back.  I play hard to get those.  Not the first time this has happened.  I should have at least 3K achievement points.

Im so frustrated right now.  I cant even say the things I wanna say about GPG.  I will say this, that this game is starting to resemble a game I abandoned.  NWN2.  I have noticed in all my gaming experience that things tend to go a certain way, and if problems to get resolved quickly, they never get resovled at all.
