Do online skirmishes put you with low ping players?

I know in the custom games you can select games that people say like 3v3 US west or 3v3 EU so you know which will likely have better ping.

But do SKirmish games auto assign you to players with similar low ping?

No. It is a p2p game programmed for up to 200-350ms response. Most of the time your ping will be much lower even when connecting to someone far away.
