game does not work

I have a top of the line Dell XPS with all current drivers and Vista 64 bit, and this game constantly crashes. You should be ashamed to release a full price game in such a state. Does anyone read the posts on this forum????

You're going to have to provide a lot more details about your problems than "constantly crashes", especially in light of the fact that the game appears to work well for a lot of other users.

What were you doing when the game crashes? What are the error messages? Is there an crash log displayed? etc.

Also, both Stardock and GPG staff do read the forums.
