Splash screen

Simple really, make the splash start at the start of the game (GPG, Stardock, AMD logo, etc) only shown on the first run after a patch.

I think at this time I know who made the game and since the crash bugged are still rampant, it would save us some time when we have to reboot the game.

An option to AUTO log into Impulse would be nice - I don't share a computer so that is one extra step I have to do for MP.

And how are you supposed to bail on a skirmish game when it won't start - I hear the "A player has left the game" message and I have to kill the process to log back on. Do that too often too quickly and Impulse won't let you back on again for a bit...
