Do you have a WinCustomize subscription?  If you don't I believe there is a limit as to how much you can download.

Bichur did a little more checking then I did.  The more information you can provide about the problem the better.  if you get an effor notice or message a screen shot of it would also be very helpful.

I see you have been around here for a while.   Have you been able to download before this problem came up?  Is this will all skins you try and download or just bootskins?
