Damn, card games and top hats? Looks like I'm gonna be playing some tower Rook on crucible today.

I'll check it out later today as well. Rooks are my all-time favourite dying animation. Can't get enough of it.

Yeah but the bad thing bout me beind rook is.. i always loose playing card games so no fun ill start playing other demigods...

For tower spammers in the middle area, Buff your towers, control the flags, get trebuchets, push them back, use the Exp flag route for backdoor entrance, crucible is won mainly by trapping your opponents, there are no routes of escape besides a townportal, and you can interrupt that with the right class.

If a Rook or multiple rooks tower the middle they lock down 2 out of 3 flags.  Ergo they will have control of flags, they are going to hit trebuchets first etc.  You can control the EXP flag but it's pointless if you can't get into the single lane to kill anything.

 Just Blitz him. The hard part about playing Rook is seeing the field. If you hit him with more then one Demigod its easy to push him back. Just ignor the Towers and go right for him. Rook players are hoping you will keep attacking the towers. This way you take damage and he doesnt. Most are not preparted for a direct attack.

Crucible is simply a shit map

"you can stand under my umbrella"  - queen could help, shielding you to ignore the towers long enough to kill the rook

and groundspikes could tear those tower farms apart (the bonus damage from armor reduction works wonders aswell)

I like Crucible as much as any other map (except brothers, i hate that one)

but see it like this the roks focus on making towers so they probably dont have much good ATTACK skillz so theyre (hopefully) eassy kill if you charge with 2 gods at a time and the good thing about towers is they dont stand there forever only a minute maybe shorter and rook doesnt have unlimited Mana to make any new so Rook towers? naaaah ignore em they stink and eassy to kill with sumthing like ohwell must admid to si1foo eassy kill with frost skillz fire skills ore maybe the Fairy queen with roots but towers... if you keep surviving all the towers... then they'll become worthless in the end and you can pwn rook in the face ORE in the ars ^^

tb is the best vs rook  hands down 

circle of fire, frost nova, fire nova and rain of ice  are all aoes  you use rain of ice  then move in use frost nova  then switch to fire nova then circle of fire move back  and watch his towers fall  if they dont just repeat

Move in for the frost nova and enjoy LOL ROCK, now you are stunned and the towers pewpewpewpew

u stun the towers  switch sides use  circle of fire and retreat  repeat till they die  u can also use fir nova and rain of ice for additional dmg

dude   there is a thing called  deep freeze it stuns  u stun his stun

I play only TB 90% of the time and yeah, Rook is cake. No matter what spec, but towers more then any other.

Frost Nova works fine. I wont say stop crying because you don't always have a TB on your team, but a minion build Oak kicks his ass as well.

Deep Freeze *interrupts* it does not stun.

It's pretty difficult to interrupt a boulder roll...

Mine get interrupted all the damn time :[

Although I have no idea if it's on purpose or just blind luck from my enemies.

it is also pretty dificult to interupt  ubs spit 3 times in a row but i have before

It's luck.  The cast time is 0.5 seconds.
