Pantheon stats disgrace

I want to start this post by saying this is not a flame, I would leave this person's name out if I could demonstrate this issue without it but I can't.....

Soooo I was casually looking through the Pantheon stats after Light trounced Darkness in the last tournament when I came upon the "best" player by a wide margin.  I noted his +2000 exp and his impressive 40-0 record.

I went a little further to try and find why this guy was such a better player than me...... after looking through the game list.... every single game of his 40 were games of ALL BOTS minus himself of course.....

Whats done is done, but this is pathetic, he is getting recognition in a MULTIPLAYER tournament for proving that he can beat a terrible AI.  If anyone agrees or has other ideas please post below I would like to hear them.

Stats in general are poor indicators of how well someone plays this game.  The fact that almost all games end up with people dropping, rage quitting, AI subs, or are PuG vs. Pre-made, it really doesn't help that people are now cheating to inflate their rating.  I wouldn't look at ratings until Stardock/GPG decides to remedy a lot of the problems ailing the game.

All of that is true, this in particular just really got me angry because this is an easy fix.  Don't count singleplayer games in multiplayer ratings.

Or customs, where it's easy to set up a loss or make a pubstomp. Or games with disconnects; in short, don't count just about any game in pantheon.

See the problem here?
