Hi. In the software industry, on the developing side, content makers and bug fixers are the same people. Developers do both (I know, because I do as well where I work).

I agree that content is important but if I can't use the content at all (crashes) or use it properly (like, graphics glitches or disfunctional UI - ever tried to aim heal on a teammate demigod when he is very close to you?) then there is no point to content.
