Did the AI get worse in 1.1?

Connection doesn't seem to be any better so there have been a lot of drops. 

 

I swear the AI is getting worse than before.  Before they would run around tagging flags as a priority, now they have become Rambo trying to rush enemy bases and take on multiple demigods at once.  I had a couple games where we were winning until my teammate dropped and started feeding the other team nonstop

Well, I played 2 SP games today, and they "seemed" worse in some ways; specifically, they would not run/move when they were very low on health.  I actually just kept my DG there, and did'nt attack it to see if it would heal or TP or run, but it did nothing, so I just killed it.  Then again, they do seem smarter in other ways, like using flag-locks and such.

i had a reg ai last match, he was quite smart, staying with towers and so on. BUT he often also rushed to capping flags(portal flag on ziggurat) leading in many deaths :x so u can say ai is dump as allways...

It now plays somewhat better than some players.

For instance the Erebus that rage quitted played better after he left.

Overall, they seem better... but they don't seem to run away as early enough now.

They're either worse or the same as far as I'm concerned. On Cataract AI Sedna kept running behind my side towers to cap my flags to neutral before running away. So I had to continously recap my own flags and fell behind on warscore, causing my opponent to get giants before me. GG.

AI should be set to more conservative in nature.  Otherwise they are harming your team, giving free XP and gold to the other team.  

Or better yet, when AI takes over a team member, auto crank it to 'Hard' mode or even temporary Nightmare (depending if the AI is much lower then the opponents).  That way if someone quits, the game doesn't become automatically over.

Right now AI is either almost certain victory for opposing team, or certain loss if they are on your team.

I think they should replace raged/droped players with dynamic AI.  Everytime the AI dies it jumps up a difficulty.  Every time it kills it moves down.  That way it doesnt feed so bad >:( .

Sedna seems good.

reg seems very very dodgy.

Rock often spams a tower or two, then stays next to them, even if there is an open flag right near him.

Have people had an overwhelming problem with specfic dgs? Ive never had a good game with an ai reg.

For some reason Rook seems the worst; I saw him just run into towers over and over, not even an enemy DG there either.

Regulus actually plans his mines, uses them as grenades and tries to retreat over them to damage chasers, I actually saw him throw mines in the opposite direction, run past them and stand there pelting me so I'd come over and run over them.

 

THey tend to have more problems with towers though, running in and past them until their health is too low to run back past and such. (They stay there which is pretty cool and also pretty abusable). It's still easy to get them to run away and kill them because they stop damaging you, they should know when to keep attacking because they would've killed me then.

Smarter in some ways, more stupid in others!  Impossibles have much better item choice now and are pretty darn hard to kill!
