Quick Fix for those angry about losing Favor

For each player that has less than 2000 favor total, increase their  total favor to 2000.

What I'm basically saying is that instead of resetting to 0, reset to the point where everyone can get 1 favor item of their choice right off the bat (Or a few cheaper ones).

Why?  Because those who really just want their "X" item back can get it, and don't have to have that sinking feeling of not being able to play the game the same way anymore.

Heck, I'd be happy with that. I like your solution. :)

Just can't play Ice TB without Blade of the Serpent. And mana items cripple me too much in other vital areas. TBs are so squishy...

Well, I had a lovely glitch; every time I bought an item, it would be "returned" afterwards, so I could buy cheap items and still get up to BotF (I just ran with the -10% death penalty +400 health and 5 regen thing; it's BotF lite, basically.)

Yeah I had the same thing happen Milski. I think its happening to everyone lol. You buy the item, you use it for the game. But next game, you have all the favor you have ever earned, but none of the favor items. Its totally not the way favor should be working, but hey its like we can "rent" favor items for free right now lol.

They'll probly fix it soon :P

I kinda like it this way (except for the ever-present 'are you sure' dialogue...).  I honestly wouldn't mind if favor wasn't "spent" and earning more was just used to enable access to higher-cost items.  Only problem is that anything points past 2000 would be pointless, but that doesn't bother me personally since I'm the type who likes all my game content to be available immediately or quickly. ^_^
