As usual, a game comes out, and I like it... then given enough time, the game just goes horribly wrong through patches.

This last patch... wow, just wow.  Pathetic!!  It doesn't appear there is anyone testing this game before a patch.  Random doesn't work (guess they tested the graphic but not the code), the new chat window is distracting and ugly... what was wrong with the previous chat?  Oh, and where did favor points go?  Did the new patch somehow kill the database?  What, enough people whine about one thing, and you not only patch the game, but reset everything as well?  This is PAST BETA morons... there is no resetting?  Anyways, Imma go back to playing single player games I guess...

Well, this is my rant about how this is just pathetic... bad and pathetic.  I had high hopes for this game, but as usual, another one down the crapper.  At this point, as it keeps getting worse and worse, I doubt it'll be good again anytime soon.  Pull a SoE and re-release it a few times, mmmkay?

 

 

The new patch did fix one thing though... it fixed my desire for wanting to play this game... yup, 0 desire now... be sure to sign if you too have lost hope in Demigod, or if only just a little. ;p

Ok, the Random Demigod is a "opps". The Favor point reset was intended. (I had half my achievements unlocked for demigods I didn't even play, favor was borked) And the thing about the Chat window is just your opnion. I think it's an improvement, I Just wished it was moved down a bit.

 

I don't know how a bugged minor feature like Random Demigod is such a big deal and worth getting so upset about.

If some people just spent 5 secs browsing a forum instead of just creating a whinethread about stuff that everyone knew about but for some reason this guy had no idea about and to add to matters, is pissed about the improvements made.

 

As said before the only thing that fucked up this patch was the random option and the favor items doesnt save, neither matters much since the favor points doesnt get used either and we are most certainly getting a hotfix for the random option. which btw Was tested and worked perfectly in the tests but didnt when released for some reason.

As for me .. It was some troubles with connectivity at the beginning. But then it was solved by several patches and hotfixes. ANd now everything fine for me.

they know its good but they cant do anything about it, so they just need to vent their frustrations.

if you cared about the game you would also comment on these forums about what you think would benefit the game in general.

auro your wrong i have played with call void a couple of times and i trust his judgement i have yet to play the latest patch so i can't comment on it but i can comment on call voids character   and i havn't seen him on here bitch or whine
