1.1 Hotfix

Due to the nature of 1.1 being not as functional as we hoped, how quick can we get a hotfix?

  • Ai needs to be fixed.
  • Get the Random Demigod option to work.

Other than that, my housemates and i played a game lsat night, whilst most things seem better, the Ai was frustrating, and the game we played all as random, we all got regulus...all 3 games. I still appluad Froggy for doing a great job with the community.

In every patch i see "Improved AI". I just finished a 5v5 where one of their players left around mid game and the AI would not stop running straight into our towers and commiting suicide. I fail to see this as an improvement.

Yes we have established that in the other 4 or 5 threads complaining about the patch.

Well, frankly improving the AI isn't really a hotfix kind of issue - the random Demigod option could be, assuming it's a simple error and easy to correct. Hotfixes are usually reserved for game breaking issues that were dormant in the patch.

Has anyone else noticed health pots dropped by dead/killed Demigods reducing your health? I've not noticed this till this patch, happened multiple times during one game.

Also I seem to be getting stuck on my minions/spirits (Oak) more than usual, does this have anything to do with the "improved AI" maybe? Or could just be annoying me more than usual.

And just to add, I've noticed that while the AI/bot Demigods do seem to use more utilities to their advantage, it seems they have just gotten more stupid overall. Or at least just doing some weird things sometimes, like storming into large groups of people and or towers.

This is a skill for one of the demigods not a bug.

Was there a Lord Erebus in the game? He has a skill that causes his potions to damage instead of heal.

This I did not know, thanks for clearing that up. XD

They still never fixed the bug that if an Erebus (or his teammates!) drink his poisoned blood, they give their money and EXP to the Erebus. Also, they could make those potions visible as such to the team that dropped them (One time I almost, but not quite, killed myself on an erebus potion from my team... then got sniped. If I would have been a bit more hurt, I would have just fed my own team. >_<)

i hate the chatbox constantly popping up on the whole left half of the screen...

love the patch as a whole though.

it's not a bug. if he wouldn't get the gold his poisoned blood would be a HUGE disadvantage for his team

It seems that every AI improvement so far made the AI actually worse :/

It's an easy fix, restore tha AI to what it was pre 1.1 and make the random buttons work.

If anything needs hotfixed it's the single-player favor point savnig thing.  Unless you're now "supposed" to have to save up and only occasionally buy a favor item; which is unlikely and ubercrap.
