Chat box modifications

Now that there's actually a chat box instead of an area where chat appears, could it be made moveable? The endgame status screen covers up almost all of the chat area, which makes post-game commentary nearly impossible. Several other dialog/info boxes are moveable, so I'm hoping that this won't be too much of a problem.

where the new chat box needs some options. It covers so much of the game screen and doesn't go away easily. It needs to be resizable, movable, and maybe pinable. Also at end game if you select the chat box maybe it could be brought forward in front of the score.
