Stats are still messed up, very frustrating

I dont know about the stats deal, it might show up tomorrow I havent had an issue like that yet.

As for the ranking. From what i understand its not unreasonable. If your 5-0 friend has only beat newer/lower ranked opponents then he will not go up in rank very much, whereas your 1-4 friend has probably beaten a very high ranked player and rose alot in the rankings and with his 4 losses probably against high ranked players aswell, didnt lose much experience.

Hey Rob, would you happen to be talking about the game me you and purge played? I can't find it either.

The stats doesn't count if
1) Host leave the game before final score screen
2) All members of any team leave the game before final score screen (likely to be the losing team)

I have had a great game yet the SoB host decided to leave just before the score screen to save his winning streak.

@pod my 1-4 friend is not a very good player and is brand new to the game, I know what you are saying but I assure you that isn't the case.

@Simbul yes our game did not show up, it was a nice hard fought win against good players and I believe Purge was the host.  We got no credit for that win, the host did not leave the game.

@Annihilator, what?  The game does not count at all if one opponent rage quits?  Then the other two concede nomally?  If thats the case how does one ever lose if you can just quit and the whole game dissapears?  If that is what is happening then I'm even more frustrated than the game just not showing up because that is a flat out retarded system.

Oh and another thing, I thought they were balancing Pantheon, that same night I got matched up me +2AI versus 3 players.  This is the second time in a row that it has happened, how am I supposed to play the pantheon tournament when it continues to give unbalanced games that are no fun?

Side note: my ai teamates in that game were as horrible as ever, I don't pretend to know how hard it is to code it but seriously.  The UB on my team sat in the base for minutes on end, and when presented with a half taken flag they would just leave it there instead of cap it.  This was on the mode where holding the flags is all that matters.  About the only thing they did somewhat better was not die as much, but they still died a ton so that didn't matter much.  6 deaths instead of 8 wasn't going to save me, again, why start a game with 1 player versus 3?  The game was that way from the start and I don't understand how thats possible, its really lame.

Unfortunately I cant really investigate the problem where the one game played didnt show up.  But I would like to see who you are talking about with your two friends where the 5-0 player is ranked lower than the 1-4 player.  Could you please let me know which two players you are referring too.

stats aren't reliable at all.  i have a loss from a game which i won.  the only person who got the win from the game was a person on the other team, who left before his citadel was destroyed.

i made a thread on these forums about it and posted a screenshot with proof of my team's win.

my partner and i had a clear victory, having insane favor (i had 195), no deaths, and not a single structure loss.  i fail to see a reason to even bother with the pantheon if losing teams even have a slight chance of reproducing this scenario.

ps.  stats should be reset again when fixes are pushed through.

I don't know if this is relevent, but i find a great deal of my matchups on pantheon are against teams who according to rank are well below my teams skill.  Is this intentional?  I understand that sometimes there is only a certain amount of people searching for a game, but looking at my past ten games on Pantheon nearly all my opponents were well below my teams rank.  It's not all that fun for either side.

T-Man I greatly appreciate your response to my thread and Stardocks posts in general.  The player in reference was my friend RussWild.  Even now if you check his rank you will see he is 4-5, if you check the rankings page some of the players around him are 5-1, 4-2, 6-3, 1-0, and none have a losing record.  When I made the original post he was way higher up, I'm not sure what happened but it appears to have been somewhat reconciled (though I still have no explanation for him having the only losing rank of all these players around him some with significantly better records like 5-1).  I retract my statement that its completely broken as he no longer ranks higher than me or my other friends with better records, but it still seems something might be up due to the records of those around him.

A second note would be pantheon really seems broken.  I don't know if this is something you can investigate or not but my last two matches in a row have been me +2AI versus 3 players from the very start of the match.  I'm afraid to even play pantheon now.  That is a near impossible game even if all 3 of my opponents aren't good players.  I thought something was going in so that games would not start like this?  This is not players dropping, it is starting me from the start with 2 AI.  Also I clicked the games themselves while writing you this reply and noticed some very wierd things.  Check my last pantheon game, it gave 5 players a loss and only 1 a win?  2 players on the winning team got losses while 1 person on the same exact team got a win?  How is that even possible statistically?

I'd also love to see Annhilator explain his post a little more if available.  If host rage quits, or if all opponents regardless of host rage quit are you saying those games then get completely erased and don't show up?
