Have proxies/servers been fixed?

Hello,

I am sure everyone noticed yesterday that whoever was Proxied to other people had huge pings (in Europe). I saw people saying something about being routed via the Australian proxy instead of the close proxy. Has this issue been dealt with?

More so, too many splits in the middle of games with people dropping left and right. Is this a server side issue? Is this being dealt with as well?

Proxies are definately not fixed.
