Item Idea: For Horn of Battle to have a nearby radius of effect.

The Horn of Battle is a wonderful item, however I believe it would be more reasonable if the Demigod Commander were required to be in the near vicinity of his creeps in order to inspire them with the Horn ability.

This needs to be done, even if it stays on the minions after you move away. But you should have to be there to activate the effect.
