Dropped teamates count as lose?

So the games ive been playing my teamates drop or something and we get raped, does this count as a loss? its kinda bull just because one teamates drop 1 loss gets scratched up on your record >_>

It counts as a loss, either way Custom games ranking is worthless anyhow...way inaccurate.
