I have one final question. Who is probably the best starting general and best starting assassin and who are the hardest to use? I jsut want to make sure i don't get pwned sensless because i chose the wrong demigod to start out with
there is no best demigod.
reg and UB are the easiest to use of all the demigods.
you probably are going to get smashed no matter what. best advice is to use the random demigod option, because you will become a better player once you learn how all demigods work.
Really hard to answer definitvely, because the "best" hero is usually a counter to the other team, and of course everyone has thier own opinion. That said, my picks would be;
Best general - Oak
Best Assassin - Beast
Hardest General - Queen of Thorns
Hardest Assassin - .. tough choice, they are all pretty much easy mode, but I guess I'll go with Torch Bearer because he is squishy and it takes time to learn to dual spec ice/fire. A lot of new players go all fire and find out the hard way that you need a lot of HP as a fire mage.
Just pick one that you like best and stick with it for some games, it's easier to get better if you dont keep changing your DG.
Best general - Oak -> has a very slow start, in beginnging he sucks like hell, so "I" would recoment a newb to start with this general :/
easyest to play general imo is erebus.... hes very strong early game, later on he looses this advantage but most of the times u fight a top of the hill position.

None of them are really that easy to use if you dont know what you are doing. And likewise the hardest to use can seem like the easiest in the hands of someone who knows how to play them. Personally i dont do very well as Unleashed Beast and from what i hear he's supposed to be easy to use. Whereas qoT is supposed to be one of the hardest to use yet i've found her style and skills to be very complimentary to my own strategy and play style and do rather well with her.
So meh.
