Seems like a great idea.
But how will a 3v3 ever work, I dont think there are enough Devs to fill the Devteam...
I would rather have the developers spend their time on getting the next patch out than this tourney.
I had tried to sign up for this, and even posted on the forums after running into difficulties signing up. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I would have loved a chance to win that signed copy.
You had better "exploit" the hell out of them. That's the only reason we came back to play

I decided to do some searching to try and understand what's going on with this (who's playing/played who, etc)

It appears that in the last round of the final, Luckygrin, undeadstyle, and ultimatevip beat erasus, abo, and great109death. It looks like it was a best 2 out of 3 game (was it?).
I'm not sure when the developer's cup game is actually taking place.

Seriously - if this is going to persist as a stickied thread, any chance we can get a relevant update to it? I think there might still be a match betweeen Lucky Grin's team and the developers... at some date... at some time... on some planet...

I must say that those guys we played were defenitely very nice and we had great chat-session after the game with Shana (A designer from GPG).Thanks to everyone who watched this EPIC series.

Thanks. I May say that I worked as QA assist-manager and game-designer on HoMM5 and Night Watch and I totally suck at both of those games So that's why I do really understand why GPG didn't play really good those games with us... )
