Voting to kick players

I've been playing some left 4 dead lately and I enjoyed the ability to join a game already in progress. Getting into a game is almost instant this way. After the game it should move you to the lobby of the same game so you don't have to remake it again.

An option to kick players who are feeding or just suck compliments this so you can get someone else in.

so 2 things for this idea

1 - option to vote to kick a player from your team

2 - option to join game already in progress, taking control of an AI that is left after someone leaves.

This has been discussed before and I believe it's not possible based on the technology Demigod uses, called Peer 2 Peer, rather than the technology Left 4 Dead uses, called Client/Server.
Being as this game is synched, the game would literally have to pause once a player has left, wait till a new player is located, download the entire match history to them and then attempt to 'slot' them in. Thats possibly anywhere between 2 to 15 minutes where your game is paused depending on their download speed and the amount of players looking for a game.

Then you might get a string of people joining then leaving when they see the condition their dg would be in: crappy items, crappy skill choices, etc. I like the idea|-) but I don't know how it would work  :cylon:

counter signed - not a practical option for reasons previously stated. And I don't want someone chosing to kick me unless it is host pre-game (which I don't always like but can't do anything about - DAMN AMERICANS. A PING OF 350 IS PLAYABLE!!!!)

I vote to kick that enemy player who got 15 kills and 0 deaths, he's obviously cheating!!!

thats a great idea to make beginners leave the game. won't help anyone
