single player game lock up on demigod screen with the tips info. Waited for almost 5 minutes game never left the screen. Was playing a single player tournament. First 2 games were fine no problems starting the 3rd is when it went to the demigod logo screen with the tips infor at the bottom of the screen sound stayed active just game locked up. I have never had lockups or game crashes (except by alt-tabing) before patch 1.1. The first game I did not get any achievements. I was awarded an achievement for sedna right before the game ended on the 2nd game. Maybe this has something to do with it no clue...

Does it say [no text] on the load screen? If so, try deleting your Game.prefs file from My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod.

Didn't say anything about no text. I have english winxp sp3 and english demigod. Demigod has never locked up on me before 1.1. This is a total lockup loading up a game right before you start to play. This has happened 3 times now. I have played this game over 60 hrs before the new patch never had a single lockup.

This is a seperate issue. Only reproducable crash since release is trying to place oaks flag and getting a message can't be placed or something like that keep trying to place flag get the same message a couple of times and game quits to desktop no message.

We'll need to gather some information to help solve your issue.  There are log files that refresh every time the game is closed.  Immediately after a crash, disconnect, or lack of connection can you please close Demigod and follow this link in Internet Explorer to gather those log files:

Save the file, run it, and attach the .zip file (located under YOUR USERNAME\My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod\report) it generates to an e-mail to [email protected].
